	GCC/IBT Distance Education Program Due to the passing on November 22, 2006 of Nick Francione, Director of the Detroit Graphic Arts Institute for more than 35 years, the Institute has officially closed as of December 31, 2006. Participating members in the Training and Retraining program may choose classes at any Michigan County Community College or the GCC/IBT Distance Education Program.
